Utah
Some where off the 15.
CHICKEN, A PROVO STORY at Sego Art Center in Provo Utah. The back room of the gallery was completely covered with Chickens.
The roadsides are littered with dead deer. Apparently it’s very common to hit deer while driving in Utah.
Me out on a walk .
We had a large mountain lion roaming the property where I was staying, I sure that’s where this came from.
Some ones summer home.
This was the coldest place I have ever been, but so beautiful.
Triangle Lounge in Mt Pleasant, Utah
Utah has very strict and strange laws regarding alcohol. One of the places you can buy alcoholic drinks is a privet club like the Triangle Lounge.
A round of drinks for three was $6.
I saw my first Bald Eagle
The valley where I stayed
They use the roads to move the sheep. The locals just drive right through the herd
The young ranchers.
Its very nerve-racking driving through a herd of sheep. You keep thinking your going to hit one, but they seem to move out of the way.
Fairview Museum of History and Art in Fairview, Utah was full of all kinds of prehistoric artifacts like this. Very strange place!
The Fairview Museum also had many references to the Mormon religion.
9000 ft above Fairview.
The Peterson farm had a frozen pond for ice-skating.
I have only been on ice skates once in my life, and I have never played hockey before this night. It was a good way to spend New Years Eve.
I have never been one to party big on New Years Eve, so Utah was a very good way to get way from it all.
